I completely agree with Saket. The ROM % varies from company to company and its defined.

Btw there are few questions in Quampus which expect the ROM to be -25% to + 75%

Dear Raj, The answer to the Q1 depend upon what method you are using, Rita or PMBOK. If you are using PMBOK then the answer will be 16 if you are using Rita then the answer will be 15. I was able to find the SD as 11. But with +/- 3 sigma 11*3 +/- I could not map it back to any answer.
