Pankaj,

Not sure when you say validation what exactly you are referring to but one thing about procurement closure you need to remember is, it's contract obligation and once you closed you can't claim anything. Therefore procurement closure includes lengthy auditing and conclusions

Little open question but we can't say unclear scope by customer. Its Project team's responsibility to get the scope clear and baseline it. If you delivered the project as per scope defined and agreed by customer, project is successfully complete
