Yes why not, but in Scrum We do not have role called BA , so it is an Development Team Member who is qualified to do this work.

Yes it is optional.

As far as Scrum goes, release planning is optional. So one can be using scrum and running projects in agile just by running iterations/sprint.

You do not have to re write the exam as long as you keep accumulating PDUs and keep paying renewal fee. I am PMP certified since 2006 myself.

As i said , we do not have official role of PMO. Unlike PMP we do not have one book which tells how things should be done best, in case of agile it is left open, we can take it like they facilitate the projects to move forward.

Retrospective is meant for generic improvement discussion but team may end up having some design improvement discussions in it if that is what slowing them down. Many time issues generated from technical debt.

The idea of Agile is to keep evolving design and architecture as we progress in project.

EVM is project and release level only, the intent of that statement was making clarity in governance and monitoring. EVM is monitoring tool and when you look variance for many project it becomes governance.

Now a days we do not see EVM question coming in exam.

Decomposition is simple word is dividing the big work in small manageable work, where as dis-aggregation mean dividing the big work in small value adding work items. Dis Aggregation is more about slicing with value in mind, whereas decomposition can be done in any way.
