Yes at top level you can say, for Cycle time you define the process start and end point and you capture time in between, whereas lead time start with customer and end at customer.

I do not expect PMI-ACP exam differentiating it, and many time exam may use these two terms interchangeably

If i am not wrong this question is from Andy Crow.... or share the source... i do not find running 2 days sprint as a vibal option in Scrum, yes Kanban can make some sense in this case. As said by Sanjay in the thread you posted , i also prefer option 1 out of these.

I recommend you go ahead and submit the CSP application now, the scrum alliance may change / close the CSP process any time, since you know agile well and you have so many SEUs i do not see any need of review in your case, Apply soon.

I agree with all your comments , in exam you may get sometime pre mature questions and some of them are like not yet as agile... so if i look at options , i can see A may look the only reason since other are verified as part of Done, if not Done we would have not even demoed the increment.
