I complexly 2nd Saket. People experiment many sources and delay the exam processes. Again this is my experience that could vary from other. I limited my study to PMBOK (thrice), Rita (twice) and izenbridge video (twice)

Hi,

Understanding of IITO is important than memorizing it. As per my experience I got few question (around 3 to 5 do not remember the exact number) on IITO which was NOT straight forward but it was testing how well you understand the concepts.

Can someone suggest how important is Mike Griffith book for PMI – ACP exam. I have gone through several threads in this forum and many have suggested this book. Although it’s NOT A must read to pass the exam but recommended.

Option A is correct. Remember in CBR analysis we consider the Gross Profile not the Net Profit. Option D taking about Profile (Net Profit) and option A is talking about benefits (Gross Profit). We have a similar question in Rita Page 121

its asking not a valid example. So certainly Beta Distribution is not a correct answer. Risk Analysis certainly does not use the Sigma Distribution neither does Logarithmic distribution.

One more thing I would like to share, we should use EAC = AC + (BAC - EV) /(CPI*SPI) when deadline of the project has to be met at any cost. There was a question in Quampus on this formula.
