1) likelihood of a risk occurring and
2) if it occurs how much impact it will put or severe it will be.

It is development team meeting by development team to synchronize their work.
PO is not needed for Daily Scrum. SM just facilitate and ensure that it is completed in 15 mins. Also he record team impediments, rest of discussion is related to development team and they listen each other.
