SV% =SV/PV

based on how much i know: 6 sigma means accuracy level of 99.9 3 sigma means accuracy level of 99.73 1 sigma means accuracy level of 68.27 e.g if its 1 sigma then you are going to have (100-68.27) = 31.73 errors out of 100 if its 3 sigma then you are going to have (100-99.73) = .27 errors out of 100...

My understanding: Audit is formal & done by internal Quality assurance dept of organization or by external auditors but is for sure done by people/group not from project.------my project got audited last week and it was red in some areas and you can guess what might have happened after that :-)...
