Project charter as it is sort of a document which you as a customer/sponsor will provide your signature to authorize the project. I dont think so we can have more than one project charter for a project

you can go through chapter and the end assesment.

Hangouts and webinars are good and you will find that many doubts you might have had are already answered there :)

I just gave one assessment of 200 questions and just got 110 :(

if spi is below 1 means the delivery dates will not be met. You cannot assume that deliverable will not be sent or delivered.It will be delivered but will be delayed

If you have rita mulchay book you can read the role of sponsor in stakeholder management chapter i think. thats pretty much exhaustive list as to what sponsor does and you will have answer to your question

it would be PM. Sponsor is sort of senior authority who provides support to project team in terms of budget and protects project from unwanted deviations.when i say unwanted deviations i reference probably a CR which is altogether a different project. it has to be the project charter. Project cannot begin without the charter as it gives authority to the PM to apply organizational resources.

you must pay more attention towards assessment area as the questions are complicated and will test your grasp on other knowledge areas too. the chapter end tests are easy as your memory is fresh after going through Saket sir's video

if you are on quampus do all the chapter end tests. There is a quiz for each knowledge area and process groups too.

Post that you can attempt for mocks. Atleast this is what i am following and will give my first mock in couple of days

Sponsor cannot help you get traction, he can help you get additional funds if need be. He is basically super boss whom we should go to if and only if we have exhausted all our options. I intend to give my exam in nov last week and am a member of PMII(enrolled fortnight ago), My question is the edition given to me(complementary copy of PMBOK 5) will cover the changes made after 11th jan 2016?

I would go with D as you need to listen to the team member as well so as to decide best course of action rather than blindly trusting TL's feedback.
