Refer pg.222 of PMBOK.

All others are covered as part of performance review.The question is asking "all but which".

EAC=AC+ETC
EAC=AC+BAC-EV

ETC=BAC-EV

In this case,BAC is still valid,hence ETC=BAC-EV=300000-90000 (i.e. 30% of BC) =210000.

I feel since the question explicitly mentions, that David wants to engage stakeholders for defect identification i.e. issue identification,resolution and action item tracking,issue management procedures could most effectively used.

Hence apt option C wud be most apt.

I think option 4 is most apt.

That's the underlying principle of PND and hence the critical path.

Option 1 cannot be deciphered from the data given

Option 2&3 are related to resource constrained critical path i.e. critical chain method.

A correction,my oversight in previous post...

CPI at 2 months wud be 4/2 =2
and CPI at 4 months wud be 10/8= 1.25

So CPI>1,but deteriorating.

SPI is increasing as seen from graph.

Hence option D is the correct one.

I feel option b wud be the next best step.

Moreover,option b would not fix the problem, especially when u have indecisive mind like Jerry in the team.Hence irrespective of the next best step scenario option c would be apt.

Option a seems to be irrelevant send option D seems rude.

Hi,

It's simple....mean =(UCL+LCL)/2=20.

Last 7 points lie below (on one side of the mean).

Hence due to rule of seven in quality management,process is unstable.

Hence option B is the only logical choice.
