I will go with Option No. 1 Cancel the meeting and reschedule it at a later date.

If there are critical error in the report then doing Bidder conference is useless.

A project manager has just taken over the project from another project manager during project executing. If we consider that we are in executive its means we completed planning and option A & D seems good choice.

While Option B & C showing we are still in Planning.

I will go with A) Bottom-up Estimation. Out of all estimation technique, "Bottom up estimation" provide more accurate.
