I am not an expert but I think that ETC is Work remaining (i.e Total work minus work completed) . Total work is BAC( Budget at Completion) minus Work completed (i.e Earned Value) . Is there any difference between EVM and Performance reviews . Dont they both use Schedule and cost variance. If yes then why do we mention them as separate techniques?
