When project performance shows over budget then a new EAC should be calculated .
At that time TCPI should be

TCPI = BAC-EV/( EAC-AC) but since it is under budget then CPI <1
TCPI = BAC-EV/( BAC-AC) might be used . CPI>1

I think the best option is to look for Risk Control procedures to see how risks have to be managed for the next increment. Hence option D is the best fit!
My justification defect might have identified by stakeholder which can Create Risk to the project!

In Critical Path, there is no Resouce Limitation.Usually, to calculate critical path method there is no resource limitation
considered. I might be wrong !

In addition, Change Request must be approved by CCB and by the sponsor (who provides funding) as it requires additional cost, time and resources.Scope to be changed too!
Once all has been approved it has to be recorded to Change log and Project Management Plan and Project Document to be updated.

How do you know the fallback plan is the right choice usually a backup plan. Specific event triggered if it is known can be managed by Contingency reserve not clearly mentioned.
Risk Mitigation is a general risk response strategies.

Following data points are used 5, 6, 7,8,9, 10. from that point calculate STD ( Standard Deviation)

Mean = 5 + 6 + 7+8 +9 + 10 = 45/ 6 =7.5

Variance = (7.5-5) ² + ( 7.5-6)² +(7.5-7)²+ (7.5-8)²+ (7.5-9)²+(7.5-10)² = 17.5

Std = Sqrt (Var)= Sqrt (Variances) = 4.18
