As there is no execution phase for the Risk Management in PMBOK5 it should be in Monitor and control. But According to PMBOK6 it would be in execution phase! We are safe till March 26,2018! :D :D

I do n't think residual risks are low priority risks could be the moderately priority too. Those risks remain after mitigation plan.Only low priority can be placed in Watchlist.

Whatever his role is in different stages of the project, he is the ultimate approver of project funding. He has to be managed by PM very closely.

Thanks Manish ! Yes it is understandable but the question does not clearly mention if the estimate is not valid or the performance will be done in as per planned way or nothing changed.

If the question does n't mention anything then ETC = BAC/CPI is that right!

Let me answer this question.

BAC = $100000
AC= $50000
EV = 40% of BAC= .40 x 100000 =$40000
PV = 50% of BAC = .5 x 100000 =$50000 (Actually Planned For)
Should have been done = $50000
SV= 40000/50000 =.8 < 1 Behind Schedule

When project performance shows over budget then a new EAC should be calculated .
At that time TCPI should be

TCPI = BAC-EV/( EAC-AC) but since it is under budget then CPI <1
TCPI = BAC-EV/( BAC-AC) might be used . CPI>1

I think the best option is to look for Risk Control procedures to see how risks have to be managed for the next increment. Hence option D is the best fit!

In addition, Change Request must be approved by CCB and by the sponsor (who provides funding) as it requires additional cost, time and resources.Scope to be changed too!
Once all has been approved it has to be recorded to Change log and Project Management Plan and Project Document to be updated.
