I passed my PMP exam yesterday on 26th Dec in first attempt with 3 P's and 2 MP's. Thanks to izenbridge for very good training material!

Thanks Saket, and here is where even I am confused what range to use . ROM is clear, but when questions says you are in planning phase (your mock exams also have 2 questions on this), then what range to use? Also as PMBOK doesnt talk about budget estimates and doesnt have the -10 % to +25% range, so...

Hi, PMBOK mentions of 2 cost estimates ROM (initiation) : -25% + 75% Definitive estimates : -5% -+10%. In what phase are the definitive estimates ?
