Re: Question 5

Agreed, Agile all about inspect & Adopt. I would go bit ahead " The clients have started requesting changes many times a day. This has thrown you and your team off balance"--> as the requirements are quite uncertain/dynamic, what if I reduce the iteration length from 2 weeks to 2 days,...

Re: EMV and Risk Exposure

OK Got it . EMV is focussing too much on the exact $ value than "Relative value" of risk. Exposure/severity focuses on Relative value ( subjective, qualitative) .

EMV and Risk Exposure

EMV = Probability *impact
Risk Exposure = Probability *impact

From PMI_ACP Exam point of view, are they both same? if there are some parameters to differentiate them ,could you please help to list?

Thanks a lot & best regards,

Re: story points: Zero and highest number size

Thanks a lot Sanjay . Straight forward & no need of thinking any concept here than the story points should be "relative" in the series of values ( could it be fibonacci or 0,10,20,30,40..). Thanks again

story points: Zero and highest number size

Keeping User stories are I-->independent , N-Negotiable V-Valuable E-Estimable S-small T-Testable in my mind, I am just wondering: 1) when do we assign 0 story point to a epic or a story? Could it be , when the story/epic is NOT on TOP "n" required stories/epics of high-prioritized list fo...

Re: Value Driven Delivery Question

So if question routes to a way towards "Future" , "Present" kind of value returns particularly( "Keywords",) , we should go for NPV. if the question simply asks "how much" , we should go for ROI. does it make sense

Could you please clarify if there any Ground Rule by PMI-ACP or Scrum Alliance that " We should NOT Play Planning Poker" during Sprint Planning meeting? I feel during second half of Sprint Planning , the planning poker allows/enables clear & detailed disaggregation of stories to tasks?

Re: PMI application review

Hi, Though it is not very common, it took 4 working days for me. And it was asked for audit. I took a week to send required hard copies to PMI US office, Then after sending the required documents to PMI US office , it took just 3 working days for approval from PMI team. Hope this helps, Regards, Anil.
