What similarity exists between a cost-reimbursable contract and a time-and-materials contract?

They are open ended
The closure date is part of the contract.
They have fixed bonus rates.

Yes.Thats correct answer.I think it is pretty clear that it should be FP contract as senior mgmt is price sensitive but within FP , which one ? so the key here I think is "multi-year" phrase. Let me know if my understanding is correct.
