i have doubt here, for NF ( non fnctional requirements i assume) we add them in User stories. But, don't we just obey contraints instead of adding them to product backlog, please explain.

It is calculated based on Karl W model.

Priotiy = Value%/Cost%

eg. Feature 2

16/10 = 1.6
19/12 = 1.5 and so on..

Thanks Anil, Questions were not very long. Choices were also short. So it does not take much time to go through questions or answer choices. All questions and Answers were one liners but for few. For me, it took around 100 minutes for first pass and then did the marked ones and then the review of al...

Hi Bhabani

From Izenbridge course material, i have tried the 120 questions test and scored 93,97 and 99 out of 120. I am going through the material notes and classroom sessions again After that i will attempt the tests again. Do you think these practice tests are enough?

Thanks Sanjay I agree and i am happy that i was also thinking on same lines. But still ended up selecting SM though. Not sure if you guys will buy this, but i have another perspective about question # 1 is = the question is talking about kanban board. i see product owner and scrum master in options....

Similarly if Scrum master is absent then who will take up his role as an alternative for a limited period. I think, if this "limited period" is long time, then organization may appoint an ad-hoc scrum master . But if this absence period is just one or two days then any one of the members ...

Option B is Lead time.

Option C is Cycle time, is it not a correct answer?
The time difference between two successful deliveries.
