Re: Free PMI-PBA Introductory Program - 7 PDUs

Hi Saket/Seema,

I would like to enroll for PM-PBA program.

However, just wondering is this beneficial to attend this Introductory program, which will help to gain additional :?: 7 PDU's to maintain my PMP credentials :)

Need your inputs please. I have sent Whatsapp message as well.

Thanks

Re: Passed PMP Today !!

PMP exam is actually easy but need to study a lot. Should understand the fundamentals well !!

Saket Videos - 5 times
PMBOK - 3 Times
Rita - 3 Times

Last week of the exam, again Saket videos :D and reviewed ITTO's.

Over all preparation is around 3 months. I'm glad I choose Izenbridge.

Thanks

Re: Clarification on Ritas question

Thanks Manish.

Though as Per Rita option B is correct and most effective method considering time constraint, it sure leads to failure in future without proper WBS in place.
Very conflicting statements.

Clarification on Ritas question

Hi,

Please see below, for one of question as per Ritas book answer is highlighted as shown. But my answer would be option A since WBS comes first as per Ritas set process chart and without having an WBS in place how we can start creating activity list ? Can you please advise.
