My friend needs to attend PMP training and he is in Chandiagrh. I have suggested him to take training from Izen.

i was reading Rita and as pe Rita, we need to do IMPACT ANALYSIS first and if feasible then log CR and follow further.

I selected B because question no where says consecutively 7 points or 10 points are below mean,There can be25 points total otu of which 10 are below mean. But answer says option A.PLs let me knwo if my understanding is correct or wrong.

Does it means Means RAM comes under RBS ?

Me rephrasing it just let me know if tis correct.

PM gets a project and now he has created WBS successfully.For resource he will check with OBS for checking deppt.Andonce resource is provided it will come into RBS.

Answers says 3 since sponsir refused this chnage form SH in begining. But why not to evaluate impact of same change today and then decide if we cn implement this change.

Might be in todays project scenairio, this chnage wont impact to overall performance .
