I am PMP

Finally I did my PMP on 4th Nov. Thanks to all of you who answered my questions cleared my doubts and many thanks to iZenbridge and Saket.

I know I could not master myself before exam so will be active in this forum to enhance my knowledge. Thanks again.

Only SPI is relevant to answer no 3 of project will be late. I think that should be the answer. Also I dont find relation of other information given in question as they are generic.
Like PERT 26 duration. @3 activities are left.

Correct, agrred but you know there is similar question in izenbridge practice set and that has one answer procurement audit completion along with review of cost submittal. What you say, procurement audit should be given preference here in that case?

In routine audit or CR contract it is found that seller overcharged. If contract does not specify corrective action. Buyer should

1. Continue payment
2. Halt payment until problem solved
3. Void the contract and start legal action

What is ETC?
It is just a difference of EAC-AC or it is fund remaining at the point of calculation when we have actually spend some money in doing project work. In later case it can be calculated as BAC-AC. So question arises, how to calculate ETC in generic scenario?

Stakeholders who has ability to impose their will, need immediate attention, and their involvement is not appropriate.


Donot want this stakeholder involvement but he is powerfull and can damage the project.

considering importance of the project and time constraint option 3 is best.
Outsourcing or assigning responsibility to manufacturing firm would also make sure that expert hands are used in installation.

I think if question is for 1 stakeholder only(extensively involve particular stakeholder), we can opt for first option that is periodic review of reqs. With so many on stake, ask them to attend status meeting would be good.

Getting your stakeholders involved in project can be done via meeting them face to face having discussion on project status and clarifying their dowts if any. Came across a confusing question where PM wants to engage stakeholder in his project. Multiple options like ask for review the req, invite to attend meetings, send status report and update him with all status. I prefer choosing inviting him in status meetings. What you suggest?
