Sprint Planning Event for inspection and adaptation

Hello,
My understanding is that Sprint planning is the first scrum event for any sprint, to plan for the sprint deliverables. But does it provide any opportunity for inspection and adaptation? If yes, how?

Thanks,

Will the online Scrum Master Certification course be sufficient to go for PSM-1 certification or does PSM-1 certification need classroom training as well?
What is the difference between CSM and PSM-1 certification?

Thanks & Regards,

Right anserawan.
In case of CPFF contract, Fees can only change after negotiation and agreement between buyer and seller. This will lead to change in Contract's payment terms and conditions. Which also means that it would go through change management process.
