Trick 3 , how about first sovling all questinon where we can spend 30sec to 50 sec and complete till 200 Q and then Review back all marked for review later ..in that case we don't miss any questions and get some time ..so far in moc test i observed else i end up with 180 questions never reach till 2...

My two cents on this - In the ROM question's context, ROM for this project is defined as -25% to +25%. Which means that mean estimate is 3*(1+.25) or 5*(1-.25) = 4 mil.
