Hi Bhabani, compared to PMP,PMI -ACP syllabus is less (7 chapter compared to 14 chapeters), and since ur PMP it will be easy for you to understand concepts or compare concepts.ACP should be 30-40% of PMP. Thanks Saket, Yes i checked already in risk mgmt. notes its qualitative only and one of the question also answers qualitative,reason I asked you this question was in Mike's 2nd edition book there is one topic where backlog is prioritized as per busibess value (in $) and EMV(in $).

2 week Sprint =4hrs.
4 week Sprint= 8 hrs.

Daily scrum= 15m.

Sprint review= 4hrs.

Sprint retrospective= 2hr.

As per my current understanding, definition of done= is a measurement/acceptance criteria at user story level, how we can say a user story is complete. conditions of satisfaction = is more a release level criteria or a high level criteria that must be achieved to say customer requirement is achieved...

we do cost estimate for release level or we can break it down for each sprint ?? say 1 million for 1st sprint, 1.4 million for 2nd, .9 million for 3rd and so on.....
