As we know that WBS represent all product and project work, When total work at lowest level when roll up to higher level till actual deliverables, so that nothing is left out and also no extra work is performed. This is what we call 100% rule.

Please elaborate the term Total Float and Free Float.I have gone through the previous comments on the forum could not get it?
I know Total float which is early ES-EF or LS-LF however what is free float.
