Some changes are additional to the project or even changes to the policies and procedures used in the project.
How can change in the policy and procedure can bring a change in a project. Will it cause to raise a Change Request.

Hi,

Who creates SOW..Seller or buyer. So, in case of Software Industry, I have seen seller i.e. IT vendors creating this doc.

Rita@ pno 138/630 mentions that it is the buyer that creates SOW ? or it can be either Buyer or seller.

How often should PM update lesson learnt to the organizational database. When project/phase ends or whenever time permits.
As per Rita, it seems only when closing a phase/Project we need to update org database.

Process flow are widely used in RCA.
Can they be used in Value engineering as they can be used first to map end to end process for a particular flow. Then we can analyse this process flow to see what are value added and what are non-value added activities.

So it means both interview and observation can be semi-quantitative or qualitative. In an interview we can also get numerical figures such as how much time does employees work at office besides their billing hours. Thanks.
