EAC= Ac + BAC-EV/CPI is equivalent to EAC = BAC/CPI

It means the CPI would remain the same till end of project, i.e. the original estimation is not accurate.

ETC = BAC-AC, means the execution is going as planned and there is no variance.

Yes, scordo question levels are also good and matching to exam standards, the only difference I observed that "with every set of 50 questions of scrado, 4-5 was definitely ethics related, but found no ethics question in exam"

got it, thanks. 1 sigma value of 68.27% means, 68.27% of occurences will fall between the control limits. It's good to have maximum sample within control limit, hence 3 sigma is better than 1 sigma.
