You can claim PDUS without membership, however when you renew your certification after getting 60 PDUS then you will require to pay a fee which is more for a non member.

we just got the new input that total duration of project is 9 months..
so SPI= EV/PV= 380k/316.6 k....>1

So CPI and SPI >1

The options posted do not have the correct answer.
The answer should be " project is under budget and ahead of schedule"

Hello! coolpmp I think by mistake you reversed the value of EV/AC CPI= EV/AC= 380K/350K.....>1...Project is under budget. Now the planning value cannot be 950 k as the project is 3 months old ....total duration not given. There is only one option that says project is " under budget" so tha...

Similar question in Rita Mulchahy says the answer is " stakeholder"
I think we need not go by the literal meaning of word create , it means involvement only. Moreover " stakeholder" is inclusive of Project team too.
Let experts also give their opinion to your question.

The answer is option D...but please correct your understanding by reading the question again. It is about untrue statement ...and you have justified that statement by stating that executive management is responsible for approving or rejecting the charter.

Project charter is the answer to this question. Human resource plan and staffing plan are not available at early stage of project. PM is in the stage of scope statement.

You have to fill up PDU request form..which is after the PDU quiz section and you will get a certificate in email for 35 hrs course completion. save it for your records in case your pmp application is selected for audit.
