You can claim PDUS without membership, however when you renew your certification after getting 60 PDUS then you will require to pay a fee which is more for a non member.

Similar question in Rita Mulchahy says the answer is " stakeholder"
I think we need not go by the literal meaning of word create , it means involvement only. Moreover " stakeholder" is inclusive of Project team too.

The answer is option D...but please correct your understanding by reading the question again. It is about untrue statement ...and you have justified that statement by stating that executive management is responsible for approving or rejecting the charter.

You have to fill up PDU request form..which is after the PDU quiz section and you will get a certificate in email for 35 hrs course completion. save it for your records in case your pmp application is selected for audit.
