I think the answer would be Project Sponsor (option A) as sponsor initiates the project and signs the charter. A Sponsor provides financial, political, or other support to PM. Customers are just end users and are less influential as compared to sponsor.

This line from the question " You expect the underestimation to influence the future as much as it did in the past." should give you a hint to use BAC/CPI formula. This means that your are performing at the same CPI rate in future as you did in the past.

Given : A & B has SS relation with lag of 4 days so we can say that activity B starts after 4 days of starting activity A.
so total duration =Lag + Activity B duration = 4+12 = 16 days.

I think option B Project sponsor is the right answer.

Project sponsor can help in identifying risks but do not play any important role when it comes to planning risk response strategies. The other 3 options are important players in planning and developing risk response strategies.

I think Option C is correct. As a PM you know that your status reports for the last several weeks have been reporting a negative CV. You need to be honest in communicating to your management about it so notify them immediately.

I will go with B. Using expert judgment in closing the project

As the question states, that you are likely to use experts from your Org. who have tremendous knowledge in closing procedures and standards, you are using their expert judgment in closing the project. So option B is correct
