My calculation shows different.There are two critical path A-B-D-G-H & A-C-F-H both have duration of 12 each.
Activity E is the only activity having float.
Is there anything amiss here.

if we go as per (Rita ) +/- 6 sigma, it means 99.9999998 % data above mean and same percentage of data below mean. :roll: :roll:
But 6 sigma process means 99.999998% data within control limits - between UCL & LCL.

please refer attached calculation.Free float for A is Nil.
EF for A is 5 and ES for C is 6.C has to start next day because there is FS relationship between A &C.
But if you talk about just float for A then this is 7.

A-C-E path has duration of 12, FS relationship only, so no confusion.This is critical path.
A-C-B-D-E path calculation is attached.Just have a look.
