It would be formal process to identify the criteria for rewards and what those rewards would be.

I guess could include the policy as well as the actual system within the HR purview for managing the rewards. Hope that helps.

Thanks Ranjit, I was under the impression that Charter would define the entire project at once (all phases etc..) Identify Stakeholders could be done for every phase as you rightly mentioned.

You have to subtract, but not 25 and 75 ... but 25% and 75% of the estimate.

lower range = 200000*0.25 = 50,000 hence 200000-50000 = 150000
upper range = 200000*0.75 = 150000 hence 200000+150000 = 350000

Thanks Bhabani, I have so far taken around 4 full tests - the timed ones with 200 questions (Head First, PM Study, PMP Exam Simulator, Simpli Learn) and they were in the range of 75% on avg. I found quite a few questions on these tests very heavy on ITTO and some questions were totally out of the PM...
