I agree with Sanjay. Project Charter is not an information radiator. But charter used for explanatory testing does radiate some info. Remember explanatory testing charter is written in a white board explaining the aim of the testing.

I do not know If I am exam ready or not but I have scheduled by exam already :) . To be honest with you I am completely nervous. I agree with your argument about option A. But the benefits is short term only for option A and it will be exposed in next iteration.

This is where your burn up chart come into pictute. When more story points are added to the producut back log then value in the Y axix are bumped up as shown in the picture and the same way if story points are moved the Y axix is adjusted accordingly.

Analyze and Respond is the least preferred method of solving conflict. So not sure why it was discussed in details in slide 17 instead of use structure and reveal. So I am bit confused if we need to apply analyze and respond to resolve conflicts.
