### FP-EPA what if inflation decreases

In a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Contract what happens if the Dollar Price goes down or labor rates decreased or interest rates are decreased? Does the buyer will decrease the price? Meaning seller will get less money than the initially agreed upon?
