the wording of this question is not good , it creates confusion ,

Of course if contract is T and M that will be biggest concern for the PM,
the contract type is not defined well in the process, so option C cant be true if its FP project where scope and cost are agreed in advance,

If I had to choose one for elimination I would choose risk log, however your reasoning is right and besides risk log can be in some of the contracts as well

usually at the activity level we do not add indirect/Fixed cost as its practically difficult to associate such costs to an activity.

However project may have guidelines on how to split indirect cost across different activities,

this is not a good quality question, we do not not know if the deliverable were accepted, completed does not necessarily means its accepted If I assume ALL deliverables are accepted then we are in CLOSE Project phase and then it makes sense to update final lessons learnt before releasing team member...

Just use BAC for second as well, no need to calculate EAC as you do not know what type of variance it is.
