as saket also mentioned in earlier threas its rare that you will get these kind of exams,
so spend time on it only if you are done with all other preparation :)

yes we should have a uniform unit of measurements and that way i would agree with your choice..
However fundamental flaw is with activity duration now in absolute number of unit , you cannot have a duration with lead or lag.

each milestone is assigned a value which project earns when the milestone is 100% complete.
