Hi Sachin: Bar charts are used to present the snapshot of the project statuses to the higher management whereas Milestone charts which are in detail are used internally for the team to track the status of the activities\tasks.

You can also refer to PMBoK Pg# 182.

Project Charter is generally defined once. But it can be referred. Stakeholders might change in every phase of the project and hence should be the first thing to do.

In general team would go for fallback plan if the planned activity doesnt work out (its like an alternative plan) and Workaround would be to fix an occurred issue for which there's no contingency plan in place.

There are 2 different processes in Initiating group. And both of them are different. Project Charter is created in Develp Project Charter. In the second initiating group Stakeholders are identified which is a iterative process throughout the project. project Charter is created once in the project.

Hi Nidhi: 1st Q: Question talks about atypical variance hence the formula - EAC = AC + (BAC-EV) 2nd Q: " spread evenly across all 12 months " -hence to calculate EAC = BAC/CPI is used There's a youtube on this - would suggest to go thru it. It would clear your doubts\concepts on Cost Mgmt.
