Hi,

Recently, have attended Sanjay's webinar on The Art and Science of Limiting Work in Progress (WIP). Two questions:

1. Which category it falls to claim PDUs?
2. Can I claim same PDU for my both PMP and PMI-ACP certification or not?

Second one seems to be tricky :-)

I am opting for Option 2, since customer is the best to describe the business requirements and can prioritize the user stories. Well I think I will answer this myself since nobody is answering:

Option 4 seems to be promising since with 2 days iterations will ensure handling/accommodating frequent changes easily without loosing too much of productivity.

PMI-ACP Exam Time

It seems that PMI-ACP exam time has extended to 3:30 Hours from 3:00 Hrs (or it was always like that :o ). I believe it still has 120 questions and not more than that? :D

Any idea about this? I came to know after I scheduled my exam.

I believe that Sprint goals are more important rather than selecting/deleting any user story from the sprint backlog. If Sprint goals are being met then I do not see issue PO not agreeing on the changes, which may or may not advised by Dev team.

Its PO who present Sprint goal and stories are picked for sprint based on the goal. so team cannot by default put a story in next sprint with a sprint planning meeting yet to happen
