Rather in actual practice, whenever I got a question wrong during my practicing s...

Status Report vs. Progress Report

https://www.synaxisworks.com/blog/business/status-reports-vs-progress-reports So, these were the reports I found throughout the various books and I guess this sparked from the pmi sample question I got wrong and one of the options provided was performance reporting: work performance report, work st...

hi manish - can you please answer? this question does not state if the cost overcharge is okay due to the type of contract. So can the market being unstable be a good enough reason to skip analysis and file the formal change request directly?

Re: Scordo Q - HR Mgmt

saket's reply: the best option is lead of team d. then the next best option is project manager and lead of team d. then the third best option is the project manager.

this is a faulty question. it should be put to sleep.

Re: Scordo Q - HR Mgmt

Here is another similar question in which the stakeholder has to initiate the change request that is similar to the above: A large project is underway when one of the team members reviews the project status report. He sees the project is currently running late. As he looks at the report further, he ...

Re: Scordo Q - HR Mgmt

A project has several teams. Team C has repeatedly missed deadlines in the past. This has caused team D to have to crash the critical path several times. As the team leader for team D, you should meet with: a) the leader of team C b) the project manager c) the project manager and management d) the p...

Re: Finally I Achieved PMP Certification

Hi Anand! Congratulations. I appreciate the mind-body-spirit - its the same philosophy my husband has. I've been trying to go to the gym for at least 15-30 min. so I don't get stressed. Do you by any chance remember questions from your exam? I always wondered if PMP released their past exam questions.

Topics on September 2019 PMP Exam

I'm schedule to take the PMP exam on September 28, 2019. My boss mentioned that I should take Rita's course as she was on the board of generating test questions and focused on the exam topics that would come up on the tests. (He wasn't aware that she passed away). Does anyone at iZenBridge have tran...

Process "Cadence"

Each process has a cadence according to PMBOK Guide. For example, Collect Requirements occurs once or at pre-defined points. However, Saket mentioned that the requirements can be progressively elaborated based on the project lifecycle. Is this just an exception or are there other processes that have...
