The question is not clear. If reports need to be generated relating to baselines, it will usually show completion to date metrics (schedule, cost, work), in that way it is a progress report.
A progress report can also include the status of previously reported issues, risks, dependencies, etc

Development Team owns the Sprint Backlog and product owner can ask the development team to add a feature if there is a business value for the sprint goal.

In that case, negotiation is needed for the scope of sprint as sprint is a time-boxed event.

yes, scope addition can also be possible. The chart is for ideal hours remaining, it shows each day how many ideal hours remaining, it does not record how much already spent.

Slide 26 mentions in Ideal hours only. The chart is for a sprint and manly get ready in ideal hours.

1) likelihood of a risk occurring and
2) if it occurs how much impact it will put or severe it will be.

It is development team meeting by development team to synchronize their work.
PO is not needed for Daily Scrum. SM just facilitate and ensure that it is completed in 15 mins. Also he record team impediments, rest of discussion is related to development team and they listen each other.
