Delphi is normally used when anonymity in the responses needed.

Yes, it is the extended version. It defines each process in form of proper input, output, and tools & techniques. PMI-PBA exam will change after 6 to 8 months based on this guide. We don't have official date yet.

Yes, BA attends it as a team member. The person who has the role of Scrum Master plays the role. In case BA has that role, he can play it. In general, SM is a leadership role related to the team development and preferably not done by BA.
