If it is organisational policy then OPA. Organisational plans, processes, policies, procedures are part of OPA. They are developed by and used by the organisation – and which you actually use in the management of the project. Organisational Process Assets would include virtually anything the organis...

Re: Oliver 75 - 56th Question

One question: Before I differentiated Quality Audit and Inspection as :

Audit: Final validation of product
Inspection: making sure right processes are used during the work

In this question I assumed 'Inspection' is right answer. But I see I'm wrong. Can you please clarify a little more?

The consistency of the various plans is secondary because it is only the results that matter. The alternatives to ...

Re: control procurement

Think like this: inspection is Verification, audit is Validation. here you don't make final acceptance testing (validation), you just check if proses is going according to procedures and etc. You don't check the result product, you check process.

Inspection is the right answer

Re: Project Quality Management

Hi Manish, I read 8.1.2.6, but isn't here only initial planning done for test cases? For example, if project is using rolling wave planning, requirements are known during the process. At the time of planning phase, you can't prepare detailed test case for a part of product which you don't know in fu...

Re: Project Quality Management

From my personal experience: we prepare test cases after our internal testing and before QC will come. - Plan quality mgmt is too early for this - manage quality: there is no such term from the rest two options 'Control quality' is more appropriate for me as here you prepare test cases for further V...

? = 3000000*100 / 75 = 4000000 (this is expected amount)

2) 10% of 4000000 is 400 000.

Re: Project lifecycle

Option 'B' is correct. Product lifecycle is not ended after product is ready. For example, your company plans to offer a new product to market. it can be devided for several stages (projects) Project 1: Preparation of this product and releasing. This project is finished when product is ready Project...

My opinion: Question just tell that schedule is prepared, after that, resources become less. There is no word about that critical path or something else can't be changed. So, it just needs to be rescheduled. As availibility in resourse component is changed 'B. Perform resource leveling to account fo...

Decrease scope maybe an option but can lead customer dissatisfaction. I think fast tracking is the best choise. You do same work with same resources in a shorter time and it decreases your costs(mainly resource costs)

Re: Please answer following question

Yes, 'D'. In alike situations PM should analyse the situation first for the sake of project. Then PM decides what to do. Because if someone tell you that something was done wrong in particular parts of work, to answer you need to get information yourself first.
